This document sets out all the conditions, rights, and responsibilities for using the gtv99 platform. Please read it in full before using the service.
Welcome to gtv99. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the gtv99 platform and all its services. When you create an account, log in, or use any service on gtv99, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
Definitions & Interpretations
The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined below:
- "Platform" refers to the gtv99 website, application, and all services under it.
- "User" refers to any person who has created an account on the platform or is using its services.
- "Account" refers to a user's registered profile that provides access to the platform.
- "Bonus" refers to any promotional reward or offer provided to users by gtv99.
- "Wagering Requirement" refers to the amount that must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made from a bonus.
- "Services" refers to online betting, casino games, slots, and all related activities.
Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use the services on gtv99. gtv99 reserves the right to cancel the account of any minor at any time.
2.2 One Account Per User
Each user may operate only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended immediately and all balances may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. We reserve the right to close an account if false information is provided.
2.4 Identity Verification
gtv99 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount
The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on gtv99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required for identity verification or security-related reasons.
3.3 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
Bonus & Promotion Policy
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳32,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered to withdraw bonus winnings.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
If a user attempts to abuse the bonus system, manipulate betting patterns, or circumvent bonus conditions through coordinated accounts, gtv99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
4.4 Bonus Expiry
Each bonus has a specific validity period that is communicated at the time the bonus is offered. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
VIP Program & Cashback
gtv99's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
VIP tier progression depends on gaming activity and consistency. gtv99 reserves the right to change the cashback amounts and conditions at any time.
Prohibited Activities & Account Suspension
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gtv99 platform:
- Operating an account in a fraudulent or illegal manner.
- Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
- Attempting to access or hack another user's account.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
- Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
If a user is found to be involved in any of the above prohibited activities, gtv99 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all balances.
Betting & Gaming Rules
7.1 Finality of Bets
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the full stake will be refunded.
7.2 Sports Betting
Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Markets and odds are subject to change and may be updated before an event begins.
7.3 Casino & Slots
gtv99's casino section offers live casino, slots, and other games. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed on the game page.
7.4 Technical Issues
If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, disconnection, or software issue, gtv99 will investigate the situation and make a decision. That decision will be considered final.

If a user continues to use the platform after updated Terms have been published, they will be considered to have accepted those updated Terms.
Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law
If a dispute arises between gtv99 and a user, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through discussion. To resolve any dispute, please contact our support team — they are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in both Bengali and English.
